Description/Blazon
On a red and dark blue parted fesswise field trimmed with yellow/gold rims, on the top a border comprised of the letter "M" in dark blue and on the bottom border in red, below the center image of a lyre, superimposed with two bugles crossed in saltire with intertwining ropes looped with each other and tassels hanging from each end all in yellow/gold, a yellow scroll turned four times red turned back on itself inscribed "451ST ARMY BAND" in dark blue letters.  In base of the center image a horizontal representation of the three streamers for the World War II campaign participation credit.

Symbolism
Red, white and blue are the national colors.  The crossed bugles and lyre are symbolic of the rich heritage and tradition of the Army military bands.  The border ringing the drums alludes to "M" for music and also the state of Minnesota, the present home area of the organization.
